The Customer Service before, during and after delivery is excellent. The staff are helpful, polite and professional. Replies are prompt. Our Ercol Renaissance suite and dining room chair seats now look almost better than new. A huge range of fabrics. But best of all is the quality of the stitching, the piping and the matching of the patterns. I would attach a photo but I don't think this facility is available to us. A highly recommendable company.

I sent an antique day bed to have the springs repaired. The company had my furniture for a year. They have ruined it. Instead of the original horsehair it has a thick foam filling. It has the most uncomfortable seating imaginable. I am taking them to the Small Claims Court on the advice of Trading Standards as it is deems not fit for purpose.
