Very bad customer services

Bought from their ebay store (e2trade). Good price, very quick delivery and perfect item. Recommended.

This company provided me with a very bad service. Bought item from their website and waited 8 days for the product delivery (they say 2-3 days delivery). Eventually, called them for an update: they said they had cancelled my order due to non-availability of the item, but did not keep me informed. Monies were not immediately returned, even though they took my money immediately on the purchase day. Reality: this item was not in stock and no customer feedback. This is unacceptable behaviour! I should have realised when the price was too good to be true. Beware!

Just moved house and discovered water running out of the bath. Measured all of the dimensions of the plug and ordered an identical one from Bath Flow. Incredibly fast service and the plug is a perfect fit.

Although I did not receive a confirmation order and when I phoned to enquire if my order had been placed, I didn't receive the call back I was offered! The Bristan shower hose did arrive within a suitable time; is what we required and was one of the lowest prices I could find. I would probably think twice about using again due to poor communication.

Replacement taps a good price. Minor initial problem with delivery but quickly rectified.

Good customer service and fast delivery . I had an issue not with the company but a product issue and Bathflow were very helpful . Unfortunately I had to initiate a return but had no issues with the company. No email but I had not registered an account so probably why. All went smoothly thank you.

My taps arrived in just over 24 hours of my placing the order online. These Bristan Regency taps exactly match the 12 year old ones they are to replace. Excellent service and great price ( especially as there was no extra delivery charge ).

Ordered a new tap on Wednesday morning and it arrived on Friday morning - great service !! Also relatively painless process of choosing, ordering and paying via their website - and prices were very competitive too!!.

The company had a problem with suppliers but still managed to complete the order in time. Excellent service and excellent prices.

I would thoroughly recommend Bath Flow. I have recently refurbished a bathroom, shower room and cloakroom and bought all items from Bath Flow. Dee was exceptionally helpful in the ordering and after sales processes. They ordered in a unit for me so that i could see the finish. After delivery I changed my mind about something and it was exchanged with no argument. Something didn't quite fit which was my fault and this was again exchanged.
If i need further items i would go straight to Bath Flow no question. Great service and exceptional value and delivered in total on my chosen date.

They are have cheapest price from market and part arrived on time.

I ordered online but opted to collect to the taps as I was only half an hour away, both people I spoke with both prior to ordering and on collection were very helpful, and most importantly they were keen to make sure everything was in the box and I was satisfied. Excellent service.
