Very pleased with the excellent quality cabinet, which arrived very securely packaged. I chose it online because the cost was significantly less than cabinets of from high street suppliers which, I must admit, felt a bit of a risk but I am delighted with the finish as it is a good as any I saw in various showrooms. The customer service from Alelei was fantastic, too. The only reason I have given four stars and not five is because the first cabinet did not arrive - oops! - so Alelei had to arrange delivery of another but this was promptly done without fuss. I would therefore advise ordering in plenty of time.

Good quality cabinet, looks great on the wall. The delivery took longer than expected but Joby was very helpful in getting it sorted.

The bespoke mirror looks very good and I am pleased with the quality of it. Manufacturing took longer due to parts being delayed so the whole process took three months. Delivery was later than anticipated but once I asked for information, the Joby and Alelei in customer services were very helpful and kept me updated about delivery dates and followed up after delivery to check that I was happy with the mirror. Thank you, it looks lovely.

Both mirrors arrived well packed and in good condition they are now fitted and working as expected. They fit perfect and are just what was needed to finish both our bathrooms

I unfortunately had a product arrived damaged through the courier process and getting a replacement was so straightforward thanks to Alelei. They’re a real customer service superstar.

I’m having severe difficulty getting it delivered

I had a question which I sent by email, this was picked up by Alelie who responded almost immediately with a update on my order, this continued right upto me receiving my order and followed up by a courtesy email to make sure all was OK. Delivery was as described on date and on time.

I ordered a bathroom cabinet . Unfortunately, the unit front door was damaged . When I contacted them , Joby was very helpful at sorting out the replacement options and guiding me through ordering this . Even though there were further problems with the replacement door and delivery, Joby kept liaising with me through emails and phone calls to resolve all of these. Excellent customer care from Joby .
