Found them via a product search on Google. Well priced, good website and quick delivery. Excellent all round.

Each order that I have placed have all been dispatched fast but the last order was slow and I couldn't understand why the long wait After sending an e mail the explanation was that the product was out of stock so I ordered a different sized product and as expected the delivery was fast.

Bought a shower which was vetoed a few hours later by "she who must be obeyed". Had to call them back and change the order. This was all done seamlessly and the shower ordered, changed and reordered on Friday arrived on the Monday. I'll certainly use them again.. Real old fashioned service. Thanks.

Only one comment:: when I called to ask when the order would be delivered I was told it would take five working days. In fact it was delivered the next day; a pleasant surprise of course but it didn't allow for sharp installation planning.

Being just a regular consumer and not an installer I felt the experience from inquiry with technical questions, quotation and the procurement and delivery transaction was all the above. I would recommend B2U to anyone, I researched the market knowing what I wanted and I certainly made the right decision.
They will be in my favorites for my next bathroom. Thank You.

I chose to use Bathroom2u.com on the strength of the TrustPilot reviews. I needed a Gedy shower basket urgently so I called to check availability. They checked their stock and said that if I used their express service, the basket would be with me today. And it was delivered by Royal Mail at 08.30 this morning. So I'm happy - a fair price for the product and a responsive, reliable service - delivered as promised.
