I was so impressed with Bathroom2U when I needed help to buy all the fitments for a wet room. they helped with the design and selection of appropriate sanitaryware and fitments and wee very prompt with delivery.

Lady was very helpful, and friendly, she found out the information I needed, and as she couldn't answer all my questions she contacted the relevant person that could answer my question, and rang me with the information I needed. She went out of her way and contacted the manufacturer, to check the availability and rushed the order through for me, as it was a bank holiday, and I got my taps the next day, and am very pleased. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and will use again.

Called Bathroom2u to purchase a Cistermister. The lady on the phone put me onto someone who answered all my questions. Order placed and paid for. Item arrived next day !

I ordered some bathroom taps in the morning and after checking if they were in stock, they were delivered the very next day by royal mail. They had free delivery too. I was also kept informed by email of the progress of my delivery. Very good, efficient service. My plumber has just fitted the taps, they look lovely and have really brightened up my sink and bath, I would use B2U again!

Ordered bath and basin sagittarius butler taps. Received confirmation email staight away and next day email to confirm my delivery date, which was two days later, with option to change if not suitable. On day of delivery received txt with 2 hour time slot. Goods delivered on time as promised. Excellent service, would definitely recommend and use again.

I ordered a shower riser kit. It arrived a couple of days later and everything was as expected.
The price was comfortably lower than their competitors, also.

Having researched the items I needed to create a wet room from scratch I looked at a lot of companies prices and the items they could offer.
Bathrooms2u offered excellent advice, product information and prices that I couldn't beat. The videos which accompanied the products assisted me to make the correct choice of items, which as this was the first experience I had had of putting together a wet room really helped.
On top of that the delivery of the items to a very remote and tricky to access location was extremely quick.
I highly recommend this company and will certainly return to them fr more should the need arise.
