Initial delivery and ordering super quick, unfortunately had an issue when unpacking the bath as it had a crack in the base not noticed until the plumber required it. Contacted Kelly who dealt with the issue immediately with clear concise instructions. After following those instructions a refund was granted and a replacement bath issued. Excellent customer service.

Super bathroom showroom.
We found the showroom to have plenty of bathroom suites and accessories on show. The sales staff were helpful without being pushy as we had found elsewhere. The prices were very competitive and there was plenty of parking available.
