Great company to deal with. Placed my order on Monday afternoon and it arrived Tuesday morning, I received a one hour timeslot from DPD. The quality of the product is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

was missing small shelf brackets called them spoke to chris he he said that's fine i will send out replacements straightaway.

Ok. Just like to say 'these guy's are great'.
We initially purchased a couple of oak corner cabinets.
1.Floor unit - faultless. Looks nice, finish is great, quality is awesome.
2. Wall unit, had issues with the quality of the mirror & its fitting. Emailed with pictures, with quick response & a replacement sent out to us quickly - no hassle. Mirror/door was perfect, but unit looked like it had been dropped (by courier or their warehouse most probable). Emailed again with pictures, again very fast response, quick pick-up of both 'goosed' units (Monday) with delivery of new unit next day (Tuesday) - unit perfect.
On every occasion, the response has been quick & their customer/aftersales service has been excellent.
We even received an email late on the Sunday night (so still working) apologising for the slow ?? response & that pick up had been arranged for both units on the Monday.
I cannot fault this business or their staff.
Should we need to, we will not hesitate to use this store again.

Nothing to fault. Service was brilliant as turn around and communication was very quick. Items extremely well packaged. We are also happy with the unit and sink. Solid oak as described and the pictures on website accurately describe what you are buying. Highly recommended.

Company tries to remove bad reviews. This review has been verified with trust pilot ***AVOID this company. Website shows oak cabinet in stock but I received an email from Carl at bathroom and More saying one in stock damaged but new stock arriving in three weeks or can look at alternatives. Funnily enough I received the exact same worded email from a Carl working for dotty deals also based in Birkenhead on January 5th. Uncanny that both companies have the same issues 4 weeks apart and I've been unlucky twice. It could just be a coincidence but I doubt it as Carl at Bathroom and More has not followed up an earlier email highlighting this issue. I've cancelled my credit card just in case.

Great quality and value product, delivered quickly. Product on its own warrants the 5 star review plus another 5 star review for the customer service.
There was a very slight problem with the product but the way they quickly dealt with it could not be faulted. In many respects I think this is more important than the product itself.

Really nice bathroom units delivery very speedy by DPD GREAT. Would recommend dealing with company units come well packaged and well made and look great.

Lovely real wood Laundry bin, delivered very quickly (for free) and the small problem we had was quickly sorted by Chris. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.
