Update - they did get back to me asap after this review and quickly sorted for next week. Moving from 1 star to 3 star review. Thanks for the proactiveness.

Original - Sent the wrong colour shower door, 3 days later I’m still waiting for them to get back to me to replace it.

I found the customer service from Ian and Brenda to be excellent. I had a problem with an order being delivered with some damage, and the Bathshack team were exceptionally helpful in coming up with a resolution for me. Their communication was prompt and clear, and they really did go above and beyond to help.

Great service, fast delivery and very good customer service. Highly recommend and will use again

Ordered on line . Then had to had more stuff rang the office and they added items without extra delivery charge . Deliver on date stated .The driver put every thing nice and neat in the shed which is a bit from the house . . Very pleased with the products provided and service from start to finish

Ewan helped me with the returns process and made it simple for me

Point of sales advice and service is pretty poor and communication isn’t great but thankfully Natasha in customer service stepped in and delivered the service and results we needed to complete our order and we now have a finished en-suite, thanks Natasha🙌🏻

A fantastic company to deal with with amazing products. We had a small issue that developed a year and Brenda quickly got this rectified.

I visited Bathshack today with my husband, the staff members were very polite and knowledgeable in helping us with our choices .They had patience in abundance, and would definitely recommends a visit there if looking to update bathroom or looking for a bargain. I’m now back communicating through trustpilot. I ordered a bath, which originally didn’t get delivered. Only received communication once I posted on a bad review on trustpilot and then was advised my bath would be delivered this Thursday and when it arrived the delivery driver couldn’t carry it because he was on his own. He had to get help to have it unloaded. We then noticed that the bathtub had no legs and were told that the legs would be posted out to this address which is a building site. Again reached out to bathshack and have heard nothing back. So can you please get in touch? Thank you
