Fast & reliable
Batronix as a selling entity offers fast deliveries and reliable service. The site on the other hand has some bugs.
PRO:
-fast & reliable
-good prices
-useful stock indicators for each product
-paypal support
CON:
-there is no order detail page (only the PDFs of the past orders)
-the PDFs for the orders do not contain a fixed date, but are generated in real time and the embedded date is defaulted to the day it is clicked
-there is no way to follow your order as it progresses (only with the received e-mail)
-the private customer settings popup keeps showing up from time to time (my selection is not remembered all the time)
-the address edit menu is a mess (the country keeps defaulting to Germany on edit)

I have problem with the delivery and my emails are ignored
I have problem with the delivery of my parcel. There is zero support of your company to sort out the situation. UPS fu**cked up the delivery and decided to return the parcel. I haven't got any reply from your company for 3 days. And still not have it
If situation will not sorted out till Monday I do the chargeback in my bank.
UPDATE:
After 1 month I got my parcel. Even the mess was caused by delivery companies but then when I already asked for refund I start talking with very responsive and helpful guy. Then I changed my mind and repeated the order again. Even there were some small problems caused again by delivery company this time the communication was very good. Is it alway all about the people.
