I purchased a cell phone battery for an older phone which I realized was hard to find. BatteryKing said they had them in stock. Never got the battery and one week later they told me they didn't have it???? Don't understand why it takes a week to figure this out? Please update your stock inventory online, it is not helping your business!
Ordered. Paid. Got confirmation and invoice. Got track and trace. Received package. No need for customer service but the rest is ok.
