Excellent service. In less than 12 hours I'd placed an order and received it. I don't know how you did it but thank you, and well done to everyone concerned. That really is impressive service especially as the phones were out of action until the batteries arrived. You're in my favourites from now on especially as this is the first time I've called upon you.

I appreciate that some of the best-quality battery chargers are available from BatteryLogic. My own order was dealt with promptly and arrived the following day with tracked Royal Mail delivery. Great product, great service. Thank you.

Ordered online. Item arrived next day via royal Mail. Price even cheaper than Ebay. On my experience I would highly recommend this company.

Error 1 - immediate defensive and sharp response over the phone. In response to, I did not receive an email receipt... "No no no mate if you ordered you'd have received it" (before even checking). And again when I described the order, "no no that's not showing up here" (as if I am lying, when he later realised he was in the wrong).

Error #2 - condescending. I was a distressed customer facing losing £90 to an error with the address and the general managers only advice was: "well you can take this as a hard lesson on how to use Google pay can't you". Rude.

Error #3 - inability to own or rectify mistakes. I mentioned that I'd sent an email (highlighting the problem) to which the general manager replied: oh well I continuously check those. (Implication again that I am wrong) Eventually he realised that I had sent it and it had gone to his spam. Suddenly the story changed to: we only check those twice a week and the telephone equivalent of a shrug about the lack of response. Had they picked up the email the whole issue would have been averted.

If like me you are a customer trying to avoid the big corporations and put the profit in a small company's pocket... In the case of Battery Logic, I'd stick to Amazon who will give you the after care and support without the hostility.

paid by paypal for enloop batteries and charger Received no confirmation of transaction/order by email. Tried to phone, but phone rings and goes dead. According to website goods should be shipped for following day delivery, but nothing received. Paypal refunded money as batteries not received

We've been using Batterylogic for over 10 yrs. Products are excellent, delivery is almost instant and they are always totally reliable. I once phoned for advice on choosing the correct batteries for our use, and the guy was so helpful,clear and sensible. Will continue to use & recommend them highly

Genuine Enloop batteries,at the time of ordering, Royal Mail was on strike,but items turned up in 5 days

Ordered a Panasonic charger yesterday just before 2pm - by 8am this morning it was plugged in and charging in my kitchen - excellent price, free postage and came with 4 high capacity eneloop batteries (unlike other retailers who included the low capacity ver (1900mAh) or no-name batteries AND, in some cases the european version of the charger with an adaptor). Highly recommended will be using them again.

Excellent service bought the Panasonic Eneloop charger at a decent price and it arrived next day. They also included at no extra charge the 240v plug and lead. The one supplied has the shaver socket plug on it so there was no need to use an adapter with the replacement lead. Highly recommended.
