I have ordered replacement battery for …

I have ordered replacement battery for ASUS ZenBook UX550VE. Firstly the package did not arrive, when I contacted customer service they could not provide me with shipping number. After some days I got note from customs that some vacuum cleaner parts arrived so I figured that it might be a battery for my PC. I paid customs fee for the battery which was not mentioned during the order as website was operating in Norway and not mentioned on order that it is shipped from abroad. After few more days the battery arrived I decided to open the laptop and replace it, but when I disassembled all I see that it do not fit as the wrong battery was sent. I contacted customer service to inform about the problem with images and order but the service denied the problem and claimed that it is right battery. Offered to me send battery back on my own money. So basically waisted my time an money ordering through this company.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Ordered a new battery since, on their website, it says that the battery was compatible with my mouse. It took weeks to get it delivered, and once I got it and tested it didn't fit in the mouse. Their customer service replies only once per week. They asked for battery models and photos which I complied with and even sent them a screenshot of their website which stated that the battery was compatible. Now they want me to return it and that I pay for the shipping, and only IF the battery is ok I will get a refund for the battery, but no refund for the shipments. It is their fault, not mine of them announcing incorrect information on their website. Which I would have read all reviews here before ordering.

Very poor customer service - probably a scam website??

I ordered a replacement battery over 2 weeks ago. I have not received any information regarding shipping - the FEDEX link and reference does not work. I have sent 2 emails requesting information and each time I received a reply which was an identical generic email with no information specific to my order. Useless customer service and I have no faith that the battery will be delivered. It masquerades as a New Zealand based company when in fact it appears to be based in Holland and/or Hong Kong. I would not recommend them to anyone or use them again.

Be careful as they do not ship the goods and they do not respond

I placed an order almost a month ago. No one is responding to my emails. No battery was delivered yet they took the money on the first day.

Fusk snyd og scam.

Penge for varen er trukket, jeg hører først fra dem da de vil have en anmeldelse, heldigvis kostede det mig kun 100 kr at finde ud af at jeg aldrig skal handle der igen.
Jeg kan desværre ikke give nul stjerner, men det er hvad de fortjener.
I guess nobody know about google translate at this scam site.
Money disappeared from my account, and I did not hear anything from them before they wanted a review, if I could give zero stars I would, luckily I only lost about 13€, but I stand by calling this a scam site.

IKKE norsk forretning. OBS moms og toll kan påløpe!!!

Tilsynelatende norsk forretning, men den er nederlandsk. Kommer ikke opp NOEN advarsler om at moms og toll kan påløpe.

Kjøpte batteri til kr 389,- måtte så betale ytterligere kr 249,- i moms og toll.

Fikk til svar følgende som jeg IKKE er tilfreds med:

This to the responsibility of the receiver of the goods. Since these costs are imposed by your country and not by BatteryUpgrade.no they do not fall under our "free shipping" offer (please see our General Terms, point 7.3). It is also clearly mentioned on our shipping page that the price excludes any potential import costs at customs Therefore, BatteryUpgrade.no unfortunately cannot take responsibility for these costs.

Om de var redelige, mener jeg bestemt at dette kunne de opplyst om tydeligere i forkant!!

When a customer wants to place a order, they place the order, then they pay.

If there is NOTHING written on the front page, or by checkout, there is NO reason to go into CONTACT as BU suggests in their answer???

Very professional, good product and price

Initally I was not confident to have puchased the right product. However, I relied on the consulting by BatteryUpgrades specialist and was not disappointed. The Battery works perfectly well and assembling proved not to be to difficult.
