Great staff at the Geneva showroom who answered all my questions, didn't push to sell and was honest. The online order went smoothly and online assistance and follow up was very quick. The assistant helped accommodate for the advance in my deadline and I felt reassured throughout the process. Jewel arrived right on time despite a tight deadline.

My review came a bit late, but I still want to share my first purchase experience here. My husband gifted me a beautiful Halo ring for my round birthday two months ago, we found Baunat online and decided to visit their showroom in Zurich. We were greeted and served by Gudrun, who gave us a very friendly and pleasant shopping experience! At their cosy and discreet showroom, I could take my time to try on different styles of rings, as well as getting information about different colors and clarity of the diamonds, which helped us to make our purchase decision. As it was just ten days before my birthday, Gudrun specifically took note on our expected delivery date. The whole order process was silky smooth, and we got informed about the status of our purchase and delivery by email. Finally, my ring has arrived safely and at perfect timing and I was delighted to open and wear my beautiful gift on my special day! What a great experience and customer service: me trying to buy a ring, support to make sure I have the right size (sending apps to check, confirmed). Indeed I had the right size. Then came the moment of delivery to Spain. Nothing but good words about the follow up, and me trying the ring upon arrival: it fitted ferfectly, and still it does after 3 years. I need to admit I had a small delay because of the specifics of the ring, but it was worth it.

I was a bit nervous when I first went to the Geneva showroom as it is nothing like a normal jewelry store.
However, my mind was soon put at ease and we experienced great customer service in arranging for a ring to be custom designed and manufactured for my wife. It arrived safe and sound in Switzerland within a couple of weeks of placing the order.
