Bavas music has always had something available that I need, Nick and the team have been very helpful and friendly, even when I have changed my mind. They seem to be across the latest gear and can recommend something that meets my requirements. Specials are also another thing I like and Bavas certainly has a few of these. Over all satisfaction Very Good. I came back even after a few years.

Was contacted by a lady from Bavas whom asked if I still wanted the guitar case that I ordered, as The guitar I purchased (60,s Strat) already came with a case. I wasn't aware of this and was duly reimbursed the purchase price of the case.Also the best price I could find. Guitar was beautifully presented.Thanks.

Purchased Fender Guitar Pack. Very happy with quick delivery and arrived in good condition and well packed.

Issues with ordering, no receipt sent through, had to make multiple follow up calls regarding order. Company would benefit significantly by communicating with customers in the event an order is delayed.
