Recèle de dépôt de garantie

Après deux ans sur le site Baya Opéra et de très bonnes relations quotidiennes, malgré la climatisation défectueuse (on a froid en hiver et très chaud en été) notre société a quitté le centre Opéra début mai 2024. L'état des lieux signé était sans réserve, et à ce jour nous courons toujours après notre dépôt de garantie. Celui ci était dû au plus tard le 8 juillet 2024 Malgré un premier courrier AR+ des emails, et SMS BAYA Solution nous ignore complètement. Nous n'avons aucune réponse de la direction. Il est impossible de joindre la direction du groupe Baya au téléphone, leurs employés sur les différents centres ont interdiction de communiquer le n° de téléphone aux clients. Nous savons que l'ensemble des entreprises ayant quitté Baya Scribe ou Opéra se trouve dans la même situation et commence à se regrouper.
