However, only four stars because there was no apology for the appointment being about a quarter of an hour late.

Helpful service and good choice of glasses
After usually going to another opticians but being unable to find any new glasses I liked, I took my prescription to Bayfields. There was a good choice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The process of then ordering and collecting was straightforward. Happy to recommend to others.

I was so impressed with the actual eye test. Fully explained and not rushed. Fitting the new spectacles was excellent: best fitting glasses I’ve ever had. Bayfields strength is their staff on which everything is based.
