I had my annual eye test done by David Crugman. He was thorough and meticulous when testing my eyes. I am very pleased that he took his time without rushing through the eye test. He is also polite and carried out his job in a professional manner.

The optician's examination was thorough, I was pleased with this aspect of my appointment. It seems a very strange arrangement, to be required to pay £12.00 per month to have services made available and to receive the discount on the purchase price. After some issue with the printer, I was given my prescription which I used at another opticians.

David is a first class optician, very thorough, helpful and pleasant.

The optician was very thorough and patient. A very helpful lady who organised my frames. You could stock some more reasonable priced frames. We don't all want high end brands. The lens are more important

Try to be very accommodating for wheelchair user, however space is limited so it can take quite a bit of maneuvering to access the consultation room. All other areas are easily accessible and staff are very friendly, professional and helpful.
