I tried Backgammon Lord of the Board

I tried Backgammon Lord of the Board. It was a very fun game and interface. However, it is either rigged or the coding is incorrect. The computer-generated rolls are against the player every time. I kept a log of the rolls because I couldn't believe it. When I began the game, I won 5 games in a row. This made me want to play more. But then I began to lose time and time again. I shrugged it off because I can't win every time. So, I bought some coins. Then, I lost every game but 2 each time I bought coins. I put $14 into the game before I quit, feeling defeated, upset, and unsatisfied. For example, when I played, I got doubles once out of 3 games, and my opponent got 3 doubles per game. I would have 2 chips left to put in the bin to win, and my opponent would have 4 left to win. They would get doubles and win. This happened countless times. I contacted support, told them about all this, and I said they needed to make it right. They responded that the computer generates the rolls, and it was my playing. The funny thing about that is I got better at playing during all these games I lost, and did not repeat the same mistakes, and still lost. Customer support responds within 24 hours. They indicated my ticket would be escalated. However, no further contact was made, which, unfortunately, was not to my surprise. Terrible customer service. I don't recommend playing this game until the problem with coding and customer service is fixed.
