DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE…

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS - READ BELOW.
AND BEFORE THIS SCAMMER TRIES TO CLAIM I AM PLOTTING AGAINST HIM BECAUSE I HAVE THE SAME NAME AS ANDREW AT ECU EXPRESS THEN I CAN LEGALLY SHOW MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE TO DISPROVE THIS, I AM IN NO WAY CONNECTED TO ECU EXPRESS, I AM JUST TRYING TO STOP ANYBODY ELSE GETTING SCAMMED AS I DID, BE WARNED.
I have been in the trade as a qualified mechanic for over 40 years.
My 2014 Ford Ranger developed the common headlamp fault which is the headlamp plug melts causing the BCM to fail.
I replaced the headlamp plugs then searched for a BCM repairer, this company came up as No 1 on Google.
I contacted them and explained, they emailed back asking me to post the unit and transfer £261.65 which I did.
I received my unit back, plugged it in, and the fault was exactly the same.
Contacted them and they gave me a load of bull about corroded contacts, I informed I had replaced them, also checked the output direct from the BCM and a continuity test.
All of this pointed to the BCM being faulty.
I had had enough of their excuses so arranged to visit them to discuss.
Everything was agreed by their Whatsapp number, travelled from Warrington to Stoke, and guess what, Yep, No answer from his flat.
Contacted again and just got bolshy replies.
I then contacted Andrew at ECU Express also of Stoke, He took my unit, charged me £150, rang me to say the unit required a software update, I paid by Card, and my unit was back within 24 hours.
Plugged it in and Hey Presto, It worked.
I am now in the process of contacting Trading Standards and Small Claims Court,
DO NOT USE THIS GUY, HE HAS FORM FOR SCAMMIMG.
Use Andrew at ECU EXPRESS.

You have contacted the wrong business. We dont have you on our system or database.

Who leaves a review and tells people the business who to support. 'Something is fishy" dont stop reading here. Let me tell you the real tea.

Below are our investigations.

Name of the Owner of ECU Express - Andrew Fisher
Name of the person that left the REVIEW- Greg Fisher

Andrew fisher and Greg Fisher are well known scammers in the automotive trade
Clearly two brother practicing unlawful monopoly in business. They go about targeting competitors to discredit them and leave bad review.

I have contacted the business they are targeting and he has said ECU EXPRESS doesnt do repairs but buys unit of ebay and clone them. They outsource repairs to capable company. This is a well targeted attempt to discredit another competitor.

The company being targeted has full whatsapp conversation with Greg Fisher where he mentioned ' Sorry Andrew I am trying to contact BCM Repairs I've just spoken to you' this means Greg and Andrew planned all of this.

The company has policies Greg agreed to when he sent his unit for a repair. Greg probably didnt read this and forget every business has policies. Greg in his unprofessional and dodgy ways drove to the business with no booked appointment. His intentions and plans didnt go as planned as the engineer was away for a job in birmingham. Greg was fully informed via whatsapp.

I am working with the company to stop this two brothers Greg and Andrew fisher that practice unlawful monopoly in business. Every business must compete with credibility and not in a dodgy way.

If you go on Google the said individual Andrew Fisher of ECU Express has created multiple Google Business profile with different names in different cities and the same phone number he uses for ECU Express. The same Andrew Fisher of ECu express runs fixmybcm .co .uk. I guess he has other websites.

Most of the reviews here are not real and planned by competitors.

As you want other competitors business to be devalued so shall your business be devalued in return.

The mischief you planned against this business will and has returned in your face.

Greg Fisher we have filed a lawsuit against you for defamation and you have clearly failed in your agenda. SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR PARTNER ANDREW FISHER. SHAME ON THE FISHERS. EVERY BUSINESS HAS A POLICY. NEXT TIME READ THEM. SEE YOU IN COURT.

Had a problem with my bcm

Had a problem with my bcm, bcmrepairs said that they can fix it with a lifetime guarantee.
Paid the money and sent the bcm to them, it came back but still didn't work so they said sent it back to them which i did. It then came back about a month later! and still didn't work. They said it needed to be reprogrammed so paid a locksmith £120 to reprograme it but the locksmith said the key is registered but the BCM has multiple faults. bcmrepairs said they would refund the money but after 7 weeks still not received any. After 4 weeks they said they was waiting for there payment provider to issue the refund (should be done within hours for a bank transfer?). They now don't answer any emails and there is only 1 phone number to contact them which doesn't work.
**update** nice to see you came back to me 7 months later. If you didn't give refunds why did you state a lifetime guarantee. Then when you couldn't fix it you asked for my bank details and kept telling me you was waiting for the bank to process the refund?

Thanks for the review. In this case we were unable to issue a refund per our policy.
