Fick forkerte varer - was in the salon fixibg ny hair, opened the package, one was what i have ordered, a trense, other one was qith clips!!! i had to pay my hairdresser extra because we had to remove the clips!!!! also they are cheaper on the website so i payed more!!! horrible.

I've ordered two times now. The response I received both times was excellent. The products were just what I expected, and the delivery times outstanding. Second time, I received my parcel within 24hrs.
Also, when you open your parcel, you will realise what service means. The products are carefully wrapped and secured, the order document informs about who packed your order and there may also be a small pleasant surprise in it.
I order a lot online in Denmark but never found this kind of service before, and I surely enjoy it.

I ordered 2 packages of extensions from bd-store. I have used Maikan before, but their hair is so low quality I don't order from there anymore. Anyway, I tried to use my Finnish card but got an email right away that it didn't work, which was nice, so I knew what was going on. The delivery was very fast, and the customer service was really nice as well.
I'm in a little bit of doubt with the quality, being used to order from Finland and knowing the quality will be good, but since I haven't tested the extensions yet, I can't say my opinion :-) The price was very low, that's always a plus.
