Diane is absolutely fantastic, she is extremely knowledgeable on all things mobile phones, she gets things done and will always keeps in touch by way of updates if needed and is very pleasant at the same time. Industry in general needs more Diane Dolmans.

Excellent sales department, Appalling aftersales and support. Second case now of over a week without a good internet connection. No retun calls/comms, no resolution, no call back from managers when requested. Avoid if you value any kind of service for your business.

Di (Dolman)always goes the extra mile for us a company and follows up to let me know what is going on. Many companies don't have the same one-to-one service that we get with Di & Della at BDR.

Over the years that I have personally delt with BDR through work, the customer service has been brilliant especially Di (Dolman) No matter the issue or even if it was just a bit of help due to my lack of knowledge she has always been there would HIGHLY recommend. We definitely need more Di's in this world! :)

The experience was excellent. I am not totally OK with certain systems and how they work or are managed. Dean was so helpful setting things up so I could access both by my Mac and iPhone.
Recently had an issue I could not understand let alone resolve and Dean came to the rescue, sorted it for me and guided me through how to resolve the issue should it re-occur.

We have ben using BDR for Comms and IT for a number of years and it's about time I sang their praises.
At no point have they let us down. When issues arise, as they invariably do, the response times have been swift and the resolution to the problem equally swift. My main point of contact is Dean and I cannot fault his knowledge and experience. I feel safe knowing he is on board to assist with any problems/queries/advice. A true asset to BDR.

Took 3 months to eventually port my…
Took 3 months to eventually port my number over.
Had horrendous internet so they supplied a 4g back up router that made their service useable.
After two weeks of having the phone line with them, they charged me £1600.
This was corrected, and they raised a new invoice where they double charged me for one month!
They then switched off the 4g back up that was in my contract and I was paying for, leaving me with intermittent broadband.
I then spent a week trying to sort out their service for an engineer to attend and then he left us without any working internet at all in my business for the Easter Weekend.
I will update this review with the situation as to what BDR does next, but currently this has cost me a lot of money this week trusting this company with my phone service and broadband.
