We use BDR for our IT support and we decided to switch our company phone systems over too... Martin the engineer was super efficient,installed the new phones, dealt with the broadband signal, went above and beyond the call of duty. This was backed up by Jamie , New Business Development Manager who was both personable and obliging, and found a way around an initial glitch, which met with our entire satisfaction. in essence, we would not hesitate to recommend this group.
martin was an absolute star man
martin was an absolute star man, he was quickly able to identify the technical issue i was having, and was able to fix it promptly. So glad he was on the receiving end of the phone as i have been having issues for a while but unfortunately other technicians were not able to sort it out, where as martin was able to help at very short notice and able to fix the issue immediately. thanks martin i highly appreciate and thankyou for your service!

Very poor communication and customer service
We have been looking at reviewing our telephony and are existing customers of BDR. It has been since the start quite a painful experience but trying to exit after giving more than what is required for termination we have hit a brick wall. They were asked after many attempts to quote for a new contract. After weeks we got something. Still no proper communication around our exit. as a charity we are spending precious staffing hours trying to communicate with a comms company not responding. This has been going on for some months!!

I'd much like to write a review for the GREAT worker and asset to BDR Group Jerome Minto-Crosdale
(IT Support | BDR Group). My company 'Drama Studio London' had to move offices temporarily which meant huge problems frankly re. having to share new UWL laptops and adjust to an exhausting list of technical workarounds in using the new UWL (non Drama Studio) laptops which meant most simple tasks took an age and we were therefore very behind re. our tough, daily workloads.
Jerome was exemplary in his fast response always, completely reassuring, admirably patient, never negative, technically so informed and ever-supportive approach to both myself and our whole team ! Jerome even offered to write me an excellent step-by-step (written) guide when I was panicking and therefore unable to take information in over the telephone.
Our team all remarked how he utterly saved our bacon in his daily, swift response to several of our office, director and teaching staff. Please highly value and promote this man, in short !

We have been customers of BDR for a number of years and we have had good service from BDR in these years, however we now have exceptional service from BDR as we have been given a dedicated IT support team leader to assist with any issues we encounter and I have to say Kyle Byron-Morgan you are worth your weight in gold he is attentive to my Poor IT knowledge :-) but also he can fix any problems you throw at him and more importantly he is quick to respond as in business time is money.
