I contacted Beach Camera in reference to a KitchenAid Stand Mixer I purchased.
I purchased the stand mixer on Cyber Monday. The very next day, the same KitchenAid Stand Mixer advertised for a much lower price.
I contacted Amazon Customer Service to request a price decrease/credit for the difference in the amount I paid.
Julie C. first responded to my request and offered me a $40 credit, which was not fair, correct or matched the lower price difference. At that time, Julie C. must have submitted my request to Mariz Amar for further review. Mariz Amar began to work-on my request and agreed to 'price match' the KitchenAid Stand Mixer to the lower price. This all happened within 2 days of my original contact to Amazon. The credit immediately appeared in my account as soon as Mariz's approval.
I appreciate Mariz working with me and honoring the price adjustment! Thank You Mariz!

Great customer and retention service!
Was planning on returning a product I purchased by mistake via the internet; I purchased Gen 1 of an item when I wanted Gen 2.
I started my return process and was contacted by the customer / retention service dept. and asked if there was an issue that they could help with and explained my situation.
They offered a large discount if I retained the item, wanted to ensure I was a happy customer and that I was satisfied with their services.
I accepted the offer, Will give the item to someone else for a present and ordered the Gen 2 version of the item for myself.
Thanks to both Yanill T and Rizalyn A for their helpful service and support. Everything went smoothly and was remedied quickly.

I bought a mixer via Amazon from Beach Camera, only to find a substantial price drop few days later. I contacted Beach Camera through Amazon and they refunded me difference in price immediately no problems at all. I’m very grateful to Mariz Amar for her help resolving this matter so quickly.

I ordered a camera on 11/28/2025, I was told an email I will get my merchandise on 11/29/25. That did not happen. Then I was told my merchandise will be deliver by 11/30/25 by 8pm. Nothing was delivered to my home. Then I was told it will be deliver on 12/1/25 by 8pm. That slash did not happen. Then I was told it will be deliver by 12/2/25 by 8pm, that did not happen. Then I received an email it will be deliver by 12/3/25, Still again NO Package was deliver.
