I wouldn’t honestly give them 1 star because it is a complete scam. I paid £30:51 for a back pack and received a tiny envelope in the post weeks later. Instead of a star id give them 😡😡😡😡😡. DONT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE!!

Ordered a travel rucksack to take on holiday that was not dispatched until several days after ordering. I emailed company to cancel as it would not arrive in time. Later received a tracking email. The item arrived the day after I returned from holiday and it was a tiny empty envelope. Absolute scam. Emails have been ignored so am now fighting for a refund from my bank. AVOID at all costs. Looks like they trade under different names though so please be vigilant

Absolutely rubbish. Took my money and delivered an empty envelope. No response on delivery of the bag. Useless scammers. Do not waste your money.
Like money is easy nowadays.

Scam! Took my money, providede a fake tracking number and then after 10 days any sign of the purchase disappeared from the "shop" app.

Never received my bean bag. I tried contacting the company via email and social media and never got a response. There’s nowhere on the website for FAQs or contact details. Did a chargeback on my bank to receive my money back. Steer clear of this company.

Can't recommend this company. Purchased a beanbag and waited a week or so before receiving WhatsApp messages from the owner claiming my parcel was lost, then shipped, then not actually shipped but in a shipping container, then again shipped, then posted next day delivery. I would be told nearly every morning that it had been sent out and to wait for proof and then ignored for the rest of the day, repeated over more than two weeks. Eventually asked for a refund, owner panicked and assured me it was definitely shipped for next day delivery that time but it wasn't so I had my bank do a chargeback when suddenly my refund was available because my parcel never did ship. The most bizarre customer service I've ever experienced.

Good was late arriving but happy with the product my little one loves it - awesome design

Zero Stars. Ordered in November 2019 and item never received. Numerous messages sent to no avail and no refund. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I ordered my bean bag bouncer in August 2019 before my little one was due in September. I have attempted to contact this company for my order and I get completely ignored. It's almost two years ago now and still nothing. They won't even refund my money. Such a waste of a company considering they advertise some lovely products our little ones just aren't able to enjoy.

made the mistake of purchasing the bean bag first without reading the reviews on here. Initially thought something was wrong as their website kept playing up when placing the order. Good job I used a credit card as at least I stand a chance of getting the money back. Ordered on 23rd November and had nothing delivered.

DO NOT USE BEANBAG PLANET. Not only have they not delivered my product and are ignoring my attempts at contacting them, I have just discovered they have set up a monthly direct debit for the cost of my one time order. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.
