Incorrect item sent. Raised issue on website. Reply received within 90 mins and follow up mail stating resolution soon after. No problems no quibble. All customer service should be this way.

After confirming with the roaster that the printed date contained a typographical error, we provided that update and closed the case as resolved. We do not show any unanswered messages on this case.

Beanz customer service is Amazing

Beanz customer service is Amazing. This is the second time I have an issue with an order and they promptly, effectively and efficiently took care of it. I am so happy getting my delicious coffee from them since they know how to take care of their customers:)

They did not respond to my inquiry

They did not respond to my inquiry. I just got an email saying that they are closing my case and hope that I was satisfied. That after I was send beans that made my machine stop grinding and get stuck. I had to trow the beans away, After that, my machine was fine. The beans contained something that the Breville could not grind.

I was not happy with the beans that…

I was not happy with the beans that were sent two months in a row. I contacted customer service and the representative said pick any three bags of coffee and they would send to me for free. I replied and they never sent. I then called customer service and they said they put in another request. once again no one contacted me and no coffee was sent. I then received an email saying my case was closed. I contacted customer service numerous times and they did not help.

Fabulous coffee and fabulous customer service!

I was delivered a different flavour to my subscription but this was easily resolved with Beanz. Nikeziwe was extremely helpful and ensure that this was updated and a new bag of coffee sent out to me. Highly recommend beanz.com for their customer service - and the coffee is fabulous too.
