Such a lovely independent pub.
Great variety of lovely dishes on the menu. Great quality of food.
Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options with the options for smaller portions.

I bought a lovely looking backpack from bear and bear. The bag was made by Alaskan Maker. When the stitching started to fail after one outing I asked for a full refund. The support went quiet and I heard nothing further despite promises to make the refund. Unfortunately therefore I must advise anyone thinking of becoming a customer to cross their fingers and hope nothing goes wrong or better still avoid the company completely.

Ordered a Bellroy backpack which came to £40 less than buying it with Bellroy, it arrived the next morning too.

Great payment options too, will use again.

What can I say. An excellent product, cheaper than many and just the best aftercare. I thought I had a faulty part (but turns out I didn't). Nevertheless, B&B were responsive, went the extra mile and helped me resolve what I thought was a problem. Such a relief, so happy, defo made the right choice. Thanks B&B!!!

Probably one the best retailers I’ve ever shopped from. Fantastic service from Alison. I needed a little extra time to return an item as I had a bereavement in the family and Alison was really patient and understanding to my situation. I sent my item back for exchange and was contacted very quickly In order to process the exchange. Very happy with the service and products from Bear & Bear. I purchased a Steamery Iron from this website and they were the best priced website for this product in the UK. I was extremely pleased with how quickly the item got dispatched over the Christmas/New Year period.

The item description stated that it came with an EU plug (with UK adapter) which wasn’t included in the parcel when it arrived. I emailed them and they quickly wrote back, apologising and despatched the plug which literally arrived the following day. Absolutely fantastic customer service and really pleasant experience to have this dealt with so quickly. Would highly recommend this retailer based my experience!

I had to write a review as I bought something from here and then after checked this site and saw their low score and was very worried...well I shouldn't have because it was a great purchase experience...I got a great rucksack for a discounted price, the comms were great from purchase to advice coming through about when my bag would arrive, which was super quick. So just wanted to say great company and great service. I will be back!!!

Great selection of unique products. Order went through with no issues and products were delivered the next day as expected.

Ordered a sandqvist backpack for myself for my birthday, was very sceptical as there weren’t many good reviews, and the price was too good to be true.

BUT I couldn’t fault the service, very quick delivery and only paid about £160 when the bag on the brands website is £225. A great saving!

Do not use, complete scammers. I ordered a blanket, money was taken but never received a confirmation. Order did not exist apparently. I'm down almost £150.
