Accepted return with speedy refund after selecting inside length instead of outside length. New order very slow but Royal Mail to blame on that one as dispatched first working day after order. Would highly recommend -hope the belts are as good!

Excellent, knowledgeable, very helpfull and a can do attitude. This is my go to supplier for all things belt/pulley related. Off the shelf or more bespoke, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Finding replacement bearings for strange bits of machinery would be so hard if this place didn't exist. The web interface to find a particular part is clear and straightforward, the purchasing quick and foolproof.

The only problem I've ever had was a binning error in their despatch, and that was acknowledged and solved without any fuss.

Wish there were more places like this.

I got excellent service from the Bearing shop. Initially ordered the wrong thickness 'O' rings. Bearing shop were very patient and more than reasonable, accepting a return and refunding all my money including postage promptly. I did order the correct parts but initial mistake was all mine; great customer service, I will be back

take your money fast,but items dont show up.when you do get hold of them the post office has lost them again

Edit - Received a reply (to someone else's name, I'm not Adam) shortly after this was posted stating that they were expecting them to be returned last week, but since I'd never received a reply with confirmation of return address or acceptance of return conditions there was no way of me knowing this. I now have the replacement o-rings. Communication leaves something to be desired, otherwise seems ok.

Sent red silicone o-rings which are apparently industry standard, all their pictures show only black o-rings which is what I hoped for. I requested a return or replacement for black nitrile o-rings, they didn't reply. I sent another email a few days later, no reply. I'm now returning them as I can't use them in the hope that when my package arrives there they don't also ignore that and refund or replace goods!

Sent out the goods quickly but gave no clue they would be a different colour from those displayed.
