What Customer service?
Ordered some rear air springs for my L322 suppose to be a 2-3 day service they are already 3 days late and still counting as they haven't turned up yet I've sent two emails asking where they are and get no reply won't be using them again

was told that was in stock dispatch on the 6th,now got email that it was not going to be with bearmach till the 13th then send out to us, very poor not having the part in stock when from the start

Delivery date went back 6 days
Ordered part as shown in stock on web site, received confirmation with estimated delivery date. Delivery date passed without delivery, checked again on web site to discover new 6 days later delivery date. Cancelled order and reordered alternative ex stock part, expect delivery in next day or so.
