Overall,pleased with my purchase and it came gift wrapped which was a bonus. However, the description included a knitted jumper as did my order confirmation and picture of order. However, the bear came with a blue felt type of jacket, not a knitted jumper. Still waiting for a response despite emailing over a week ago.

I am over the moon with the customer service I experienced! I’ve been searching high and low for a back up ginger cat toy for my daughter. Unfortunately I couldn’t get another one in Australia and they went above and beyond to send me not only another toy but an extra jumper for our current toy. 1000/10 recommend buying from this company

It was a beautiful cat with perfect personalisation I had it sent directly to her and she saidbit was beautifully wrapped and she was so pleased.
