Alex Cargill, Bearwolf Studios, NIGHTMARE experience
Alex Cargill, owner of Bearwolf Studios in West Vancouver and North Vancouver, has taken a significant deposit (over $6,000) and has not delivered on one promise.
He said the project would take 4-6 weeks. It's now been 6 months and counting.
Delay after delay, excuse after excuse, lie after lie. Nothing completed.
He admitted he screwed up, and said he would return the money. That was 2 months ago. He continues to make excuses and now he has completely ghosted us.
The worst part is that we know him personally. It's a terrible feeling to be ripped of by someone you know. We've since learned of his shady past. He's done this before to others in our community.
There are lots of red flags with his 'business'; no company address on the website or online, no ability to leave customer reviews, no Homestars profile, no social media. Bearwolf Studios is not a legitimate business. It's a side hustle at best.
We will forever regret the day we hired Alex Cargill. It's been an absolute nightmare experience.
