Excellent service! I ordered a brand new HP Elitebook 640 G9 laptop on Tuesday 9/8. Two days later (11/8) the laptop arrived at my home. Everything went according to what beat-it had told me. Highly recommended computer store!

Extremely happy with the quick turnaround of my order. Items were ordered on a Friday evening and we had received them by the Tuesday. Very fast and efficient response to emails and delivery.
After all i got my goods. It took nearly 4 weeks to deliver thus only 3 stars. Friendly contact.
We were desperately needing help with one of our biggest customer's orders, as our main supplier let us down. Beat IT came to our rescue! They were helpful, responsive, reassuring and attentive. We were very happy with our first experience with Beat IT, and will certainly look to use them again in future.
Products are not available
After 3 days of ordering I received a email saying. "We had 2 open box processors available, but these are no longer there. Given that the Corsair memory module was not there anyway, I wonder if we cannot cancel the order better. Can you let this know? I will then immediately refund the amount paid. "
On the site these products are stil described as In stock and 7 left.
Clearly they can't manage their website.
1. very slow in shipping.
2. not responsive with complaint regarding computer fan noise.
3. I notice a manufacturing error in the HP Zbook X360 G5. They don't allow me to return and just ask me to contact HP.
4. BAD attitude, and bad service.

1. On tweakers.net it is stating 24h delivery. excluding holiday it is already more than 24h.
2. my compliant about fan noise was filed on 13 June. No reponse until 21 June.
3. Nobody threaten your customer like that. I bought your product, I want to return within short period, almost every webshop allows.
4. After I complained, Beat-it.nl block my IP to visit their website, completely. I think they are just afraid/scared, otherwise, why block my IP? I am doing no harm to your website.

1. Za 8/6 besteld, di 11/6 verzonden (ma 10/6 was pinksteren); ofwel onzin.
2. Klant krijgt geleverd en meldt vandaag, bijna 2 weken later, (!) pas dat er een beschadiging aan de laptop zit en dat hij deze dus wil retourneren. De beschadiging kan ook tijdens zijn gebruik zijn ontstaan. Doorverwezen naar HP support om te kijken wat ze doen, omdat het mankement volgens de klant af-fabriek bestaat. En nu dan deze review.
