I got black and white striped shorts for my son. The sizing was a bit on the small side, but usually it is with international clothing. The quality was decent and he loves the shorts!

The cherry dress that I received is beautiful. It us smaller size than I was expected but I will give it to my daughter as a present and will be perfect for her.

The t-shirt fitted my brother perfectly and was loose fitting just the description stated thank you very much

Company had a one-of-a-kind shirt that I couldn't find anywhere else! Sizes run big however.

I measured the size of jacket I needed and when it arrived it was still to small
I paid for 2 jackets as a large and xl as the large would have been my size but it was to small so ordered the xl and still to small. The site sizes are incorrect as I wod normally take a large. When contacted the company for an exchange was told it makes no sense to return but I would have to pay for another jacket making this the 3rd purchase. No customer service, does not understand consumer rights and the sizing is incorrect on the site

I purchased a OLYMP level 5 shirt body body fit 16" neck, the shirt arrived well packed and protected in recycled packaging.
The quality of the material is excellent and it fits great, I am 5ft 9" 12 stone very easy to iron.

Do not buy from this company. They do not except any returns or refunds.

I bought a beautiful tiffany style ceiling light come chandlier. Though my husband has got round to putting it up yet I was delighted by the several things about the company.
1st: The cost of the item was really good and the pictures didn't do the actual light justice becuase it is truly lovely and looks good quality.
2nd: It arrived quickly, securely packaged and when they said it would.
3rd: I had purchased the bulbs , it had said (cannot remember the size) and they didn't fit. Contacted the company for a refund or exchange. They always responded immediately and they diagnosed the probelm with aid of pictures I had sent. I had purchased the wrong type of lightbulb for that size.They sent me the correct lightbulbs, complimentary.
So despite having this beautiful light, I still haven't manged to wow my friends & family becuase husband still hasn't put it up.
The only negative aspect of all of this is that the company could have had better information on its marketing website. It could have just put an image of the correct light bulb with the chandlier becuase then it would have saved the company the cost of shipping the correct bulbs. However, I did appreciate both their speed and dedication to customer satisfaction

Lamp is working and Beautiful

I have ordered a lamp with 9 heads and it is simply very bright as I needed it and makes the room full of bright light. The colors of the blue, black and wood looks very fresh. After the first delivery which was the wrong lamp, they provided the right lamp and shipped quickly. Thank you.

Beautiful halo was prompt in helping me resolve my issues, and left me with a satisfactory result. They have a good selection of products that helped me in my search for a light fixture.

It's a scam, they are FRAUDULENT SO STAY AWAY from them unless you want to waste of your money!! I ordered something from their website on the 6th of November and I paid extra £2.63 for insurance which is a total rip off! Plus the standard shipping fees of £3.34, which is the fastest delivery but I have NOT received it yet!! They emailed me saying "Congratulations, your order (xxx) has shipped"! And I thought wow that is such great news! They also attached a link to track the order, which has been showing me the same info since the 9th and that is my package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier.

I went on live chat with their customer service on the 15th and they said that the fastest delivery they can offer is standard shipping (by air) "as if we still use ships for such a thing" so the total delivery time for air transportation = processing time (7-10 working days) + shipping time 10-15 days and the estimate time of arrival is on the 3rd of December and that was their fastest shipping method, which I have paid for anyway “not knowing it’ll take that long”! I told them I need it sooner and that’s why I paid extra, because I bought it as a gift for my brother and I will be travelling in 4 days time so I wouldn't need it if it reached while I'm gone, so they asked me to wait because I might like it, completely ignoring the bit where I said I am travelling in a couple of days and that it is for “MY BROTHER”! Dah!!

So they lost track with their lies to me because at the beginning of the chat they said that it’s been shipped and it has arrived to the UK and just waiting for the carrier to pick it up and deliver it to me, then gave me all the above timelines. Also saying that the CONTAINER is at the custom and then it'll need clearance... I said what container? It's just a cardigan so they said that it was shipped with another item! I said which other item? I only ordered 1 item, so of course they didn't know what other lies they could tell since everything they’d said just didn't make any sense so they asked me to send an email to their support email address. During that chat I asked for them to cancel the order and refund me the money but they refused but offered me 5% refund then 10% which would be £3.2 out of £38, so it's money down the drain!

I sent an email to their support email address asking to cancel the order and refund the money back so they came back to me with the following email:

We had sent the package to you and it is still on the way.

(SO PLEASE READ THEIR WEBSITE POLICY BEFORE being tricked and buying anything from their website) then good luck in receiving your order or getting your money back!!! Anyway, as I was staring at the tracking site, I found out that the shipment has NOT even left China, so that carrier is one in China!!! That site won’t lie because they can’t fill out any info on it is being entered by the carriers and it’s all down to them to update it, yet they sent me another email insisting that the item has been shipped!
So frustrating, it’s the worst website and customer service EVER and I wish I read the reviews before ordering and losing my money... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

In June 2023, when I had an issue with the purchased item (a missing part) BeautifulHalo's customer service department promptly responded and resolved the issue. Then followed up several times to ensure to my satisfaction.
