Great prices but as they have established themselves they have increased the price accordingly making them slightly cheaper then competitors compared to before when the deals were insane. The delivery also takes 2 weeks to ireland from Netherlands which isn't really what I'd expect. This is likely from EVRI as they are horrible eith delivery they should switch providers

DO NOT BUY, SCAMMERS!!! I would give a 0 star rating if i could... My son bought 4 products from this company, only to receive just 2 in the parcel, they DID NOT send the other 2 products, they claim they did, but the parcel contained only 2 of the 4 products, the parcel was only big enough to hold those 2 products even, so we are down 200 euros now and they wont do anything for us.. Customer service is next to none, NOT helpful, VERY ignorant, now they will not respond to us at all.. What can we do??

EDIT: So they respond here, with their fake truly sorry message and fake apology, because they WILL not respond to us via website or email, hence why we are forced to write this review, like many others who they have scammed!

I made an order on August 2nd. It’s now been 3 weeks and I haven’t received my item. The tracking comes up as invalid. I’ve sent countless emails and instagram DMs. They keep saying they’ll look into it. I just called the courier and spent over an hour on hold to get through and be told they’ve not even been contacted by Beautinow, so much for looking into it.

I was originally told the first time I called the courier (and spent hours of my time on hold then too when they should be handling this matter!) that this delay was because they provided an incomplete address. Then Beautinow did try to blame me for this saying I put the address in an ‘incorrect’ format for UK parcels at checkout which meant the label printed off wrong. A quick Google search showed the address format I provided was correct - which I expected as I am British and was born and raised in the UK so I would hope I know how to write my own address correctly, thank you very much. Despite them trying to blame me, I tried to tell them regardless please can you contact the courier and give the full address details (which included my name, they didn’t even write a name on the parcel?!)

I’ve emailed them again and again. I keep getting general responses and fake promises. They never update or follow up and don’t seem to care that my parcel is missing. I’ve just emailed again now too but if by the next few days there’s been no progress at all, I will have no choice but to report the purchase to the relevant regulatory agencies and to claim my money back via my bank.

I’d like to add I have ordered from Beautinow a number of times in the past with no issues, but recently it appears they’ve stopped caring about providing any semblance of customer care or service.

If anything changes and they do make things right, I will update my review and rating accordingly. But at the moment, this terrible service stands.

I’ve ordered from Beautinow several times before without any issues. Unfortunately, the service quality has dropped recently.

My latest order, placed on 27 July 2025, never arrived. I contacted UPS multiple times and was told only the sender can start a claim. Beautinow customer service told me several times they would start the claim “asap,” but no claim was ever filed and no refund was offered. After giving a 48-hour deadline with no response, I terminated the contract for non-delivery, opened a chargeback, and reported the case to the European Consumer Centre.

If this is resolved promptly with a full refund and clearer processes, I will update this review.

I Had a fragrance come faulty emailed customer service said it was fine to return it after I had sent it back I emailed them multiple times over a 3-4 week period with no replies, I had to dispute the purchase.

I’ve bought two perfumes. Later they sent an e-mail that only one in stock, and after a week another e-mail that there isnt in stock.

Ordered on saturday and the package was already delivered on wednesday to Croatia
