Beautola

There were no reviews about this particular smaller business besides the FB reviews. I eagerly needed an item that was out of stock on the specific brand's website however beautola an australian business stocked it, thus i was pretty stoked about it and the afterpay option. I never make purchases from smaller and unknown businesses which have no proper reviews on trustpilot/productreview/etc because I am very skeptical and want to be assured that everything in terms of customer service, product, and so forth will run easily and smoothly with no worries. However I WAS WRONG, I just received my parcel today which was very small and only ordered 2 products (false lashes). They were both the same style of lash however one was the correct product I had ordered, and the other was incorrect yet placed in a box that was identified as the one I ordered. They have made it evident that they tampered and switched up boxes and the product, WHY you may ask? I have no idea why it is necessary to tamper with boxes, product and especially their labels with identity/style, this just reflects the poor quality in products and service Beautola have going on. It generally leaves a bad taste in my mouth knowing that boxes have been switched up and tampered with. I contacted them immediately after I opened my parcel with photos, now I am patiently waiting on their response.
I will update my review soon when I receive their response, hopefully they can alter my first impression of their business.

UPDATE 24/08: The error with my order was resolved within 24 hrs, they sent out a replacement quickly with no charge or hassle, trustworthy and very understanding customer service. If you're considering placing an order on Beautola, I recommend them 100%!
