Lutyens teak garden bench
Unfortunately, the bench arrived damaged. It was fairly obvious from the condition of the box that it had been badly handled in storage or transit. As soon as we informed Beauty4Less their customer service was excellent, sending me a replacement which arrived unscathed a few days later. Excellent communication in the meantime by email, and the price was great too. With this level of service, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Delivery company does not look after your packages
I have no issue with the products purchased. My issue is the delivery company who failed to look after my package. The box arrived with dints and rips all over it and because of this parts of the products I purchased were damaged. I have previously ordered from yourself before and 4 large boxes turned up exactly the same. Maybe it's time to look into another delivery company.
