Jeg er ked af at høre, at du synes der har været en lang leveringstid. Når jeg tjekker op på dit ordrenummer, kan jeg se at du har modtaget dit produkt indenfor 2 hverdage.
I systemet kan jeg se at du aflægger din ordre om aftenen, og at vi sender pakken dagen efter. Derfra er pakken ude af vores hænder.
Din pakke lægger klar i en pakkeshop 2 dage efter din bestilling. Vi reklamerer med 1-2 dages levering og har derfor holdt os indenfor tidsfristen. :)
Jeg vil derfor høre, hvad du synes vi kunne have gjort anderledes? Du er altid velkommen til at kontakte vores kundeservice på mail eller telefon. :)
