Exactly what I wanted

I love ordering from Beautylish because I know my order is secure and I know that my package will arrive quickly and will be packaged with the most love. My Sonia G brushes were shipped so beautifully wrapped that you feel like it’s Christmas each time.

Items.came in quick, my only feedback would be to provide more protection for packaging. My items were freely moving around, I can see that if I had ordered a makeup palette, without the proper protection it's vulnerable to breaking because of how the package would be handled. Everything I received was intact but the lack of proper protection inside was a little bit of a concern for me.

I have ordered a lot of products on beautylish and was a customer for a long time but ever since the pandemic started usps has had issues delivering my order turns out they had been confusing my address with someone else. Now beautylish closed my account and refuses to ship to my address when usps had resolved the issues. How are usps problems whe delivering things my fault?They also treated me terribly customer service has been nothing but horrible towards me I had spent more than a thousand dollars on this store. On my last order they refused to help me and only usps helped me find my order and fixed the problem not beautylish. Even when I explained what had happened they where unhelpful and judgmental treated me like I’m some criminal.

Update: sent them an email the didn’t get back to me at all

Update: they just repeated the same thing that they still closed my account anyway and won’t be able to place any orders even thoguht it was usps mistake in the first place . They had been sending order to other address and basically I have to pay for their mistakes. I had explained to them in detail why this happened and they still don’t care. To any shoppers if you have any issues with usps losing your orders most likely beautylish will treat you the same way as they did to me even thoguht I have multiple successful orders before the pandemic started an usps started messing up with my packages usps has already rectified this and also apologized to me. Beautylish just doesn’t care. The last order was successfully delivered thanks to usps helping me and fixing the problem. All the time beautylish basically ignored my concerns and even deleted my account.

Having been a regular customer since 2016, as the shipment and packaging are excellent, I appreciate and am glad that Beautylish has been a successful company in the online beauty and cosmetics industry.
