Great first experience

My first time using this company - to stock up on a cruelty free product that I love but was having trouble sourcing in my local shops.
It was less than half the price I paid originally and arrived quickly without any problems, so I was very happy with this service.

Customs Fees

Only after I paid did I receive a separate email notifying me that I would have to pay separate import/customs fees myself on top of the delivery fee I already paid. This should be covered by your company or at the very least you should be more transparent with your customers upon checking out. The customs fee I had to pay ended up costing nearly the same amount as the product I ordered, completely unacceptable.
