Terrible experience with new owner
I wish there is a - 1 for rating purposes. Let me start saying that Dr. Alberto Pierini used to own and run this business for years. Pierini is an eminent and skilled professional that I’ve known for years and operated on me in the past with fantastic results. He sold this practice to some irresponsable and shameless individual with the last name Johnson. In November 2023, I decided to cancel a procedure since I felt insecure about a doctor that I never met and was scheduled for my surgery. I knew there was a 1k cancellation fee but I never thought it was going to be a total nightmare to receive a refund. There are still 2 thousand pending and the new owner won’t even take a call or reply to an email. The only thing he has shown is lack of respect and responsibility. Do not consider a cosmetic procedure with this clinic, Miami has many choices with serious practices that respect their patients.
