beccafoster uk (NONOS) is not trustworthy

I wanted to post this review to warn others of this website (beccafoster, or NONOS). I ordered a women coat of Tommy Hilfiger for 180 £ (order number 27). I received a Chinese "children" coat ! I sent them three messages through their "Help" page. Here I post my opinion, 2 weeks after my last message to them with no answer.
On their whole website, there is no single email adresse or telephone number to contact them!
I am writing my opinion because I really beleive that their website is a fraud. The description and the photos on the website are not representing what you will receive. No contact or return policy.

Please do not hesitate to comment if you have any experience with their website (positive or negative)
