Customer service is pretty awful
Customer service is pretty awful. Purchased an item almost two months ago and never received it. Realized after it was delivered to the wrong address that the address entered at checkout was incorrect. My fault, but they never sent out an email confirmation or notification of it shipping. If they had I probably would have noticed the incorrect address. Now I am out of luck and out $300.

I was informed by customer service to send a picture of the damaged item BEFORE THEY SENT ME a return label.
