I sent an email to Bedeck on 20 June…
I sent an email to Bedeck on 20 June asking about size compatibility of large standard pillow cases with Ikea wool pillows. I wanted to add a pair of large standard pillow cases to my order if they were likely to be compatible. I received an automated reply, then nothing (I still haven't received a reply seventeen days later), so I placed my order without the additional items that I hoped to buy. The items arrived on time, but I doubt I will use Bedeck again (not that I am in the habit of buying bedlinen frequently). If they are not interested in replying to someone who wants to buy from them, I wonder how they would respond to someone experiencing a problem with their order.

Bedeck has plenty of choice
The Bedeck website works well and is user friendly. Good photographs that are clear and the information about the item is also good. Plenty of choice. Easy to place an order. I reduced a star as it took a while for the parcel to arrive otherwise excellent.

Bedeck are a brilliant company. Delivery service not so good. No advance info re delivery time and driver rang doorbell then was driving off before I had a chance to take the parcel from him. If I had not been home, it would have been left on doorstep
