I’ve purchased from Bedfolk several times over the past few years and have always liked the quality of their products. The neutral, minimal colours are beautiful, and when I needed to exchange an item, the service was easy and efficient. A brand I’m very happy to return to.

I love the beautiful bedding from Bedfolk- the whole process is luxurious- from opening the box in which items are tied with ribbon- to the fantastic quality and craftsmanship of the bedding. When I had a query, I got a swift, helpful and personable response so I would also highly rate the customer service too.

Beautiful products at reasonable prices, quick postage and a smooth process throughout.

I was looking for some new bedding & had seen bedfolk. The colour options were what drew me to purchase and I haven’t been disappointed. I purchased some linen pillowcases, duvet covers and fitted sheet. I was so impressed I also made a 2nd order and got some towels. The fluffiest towels I’ve had I will definitely order more.

Shipping was also super fast, came within 2 days of ordering. Would definitely recommend.

The product was very poorly finished. For over a week I found lots of bits of linen in my bed from the garments

Speedy delivery, free good size colour swatches. Product is soft, lightweight and looks contemporary with washed finish. The colours are amazing.
Would prefer it if the pillows had closure at one end rather than back.

Excellent quality bedlinen -washes and wears really well and no colour fade (last re-order proved the point). Without doubt the best I have ever purchased for a soft sound sleep!

This bedding is just total bliss. It’s soft, comfortable & like no other I have slept in. I love white bedding and the snow is gorgeous. It washes so well and looks nice even when crumpled. You have to try it to really appreciate it.

The quality of the bedding justifies the higher price point - I have been a customer pretty much since the off and the bedding I have all these years later is still beautifully soft and washes well. It’s constructed brilliantly (no loose buttons, no frays and no thinning out or seams coming apart) and has survived my children, pets and accidental morning coffee spillages, and still looks and feels beautiful.
The company ship very quickly and the packaging is environmentally friendly - nice to see no unnecessary plastic wrapping!

Gorgeous bedding. Super soft & feels luxurious. Excellent quality also as it washes really well time after time. Wouldn’t be able to sleep in any other bedding now.

Fantastic quality PJs. Incredibly comfortable. Bedfolk is a recent discovery for me. I tried their 100% linen PJs and am delighted. Treated myself to a second pair in a different colour.

Bought the Ripple robe in medium. A really lovely robe, very thick & good quality material, has washed well. I’m a UK 6-8/XS but I wanted the length (I hate short robes) so got the M. I’m 168cm/5’6”. Not too bulky, but cosy, and the hood isn’t massive so it doesn’t add unnecessary heft. I do think it should have more than one pair of belt loops - a unisex item needs to accommodate different heights, the loops sit on my waist perfectly but not sure how they’d go for shorter/taller people.
Well worth the price overall.

I have made two purchases from Bedfolk and both arrived promptly and well packed. I have been more than happy with the products and will be making another purchase very soon.

Customer service was prompt to rectify an issue once you could track them down (3 points of contact - web, WhatsApp & phone).

Fantastic bedding and fantastic service.
This is my third set of bedding from Bedfolk and would definitely recommend.
