Honestly wish I had read the reviews here before I bought them. Saw these pajamas over the internet and was tempted to buy because the prints are so cute.

- Customer service is terrible.
- They don't aforemention the duties you'll have to pay when the package arrives.
- Shipping is unnecessarily long.
- They don't provide a return label

All in all, not worth it at all. The service is bad. The quality is decent but for the price you are paying - there are a million better options with 100% less hassle. Not worth it!!!

Do not buy from this website unless you want to go through hell trying to return an item. Their customer service is the worst I have experienced in years. First, I was on hold for a long time then they told me they were too busy and cut me off. I tried again a few times and finally got an answering machine and was able to leave my number. They never had to courtesy to return my phone call. I sent two emails and finally got a return email. Even though I bought another pair, I will still not gebonden rhe shipping cost - as per their website.
They are extremely frustrating and unprofessional to deal with.
The product is great, but do yourself a favour and buy it through Amazon! I wish I had known. Good luck.

Nice pjs. Own several pairs but trying to buy them is difficult.

Terrible website.
Bad customer service.
Slow processing and delivery.
Apparently, if PayPal is used, you cannot specify delivery address.
Email to change delivery address was not answered for five days.
When delivery would not arrive in time, ordered another pair paying expedited delivery by speaking with representative.
Later, received an email that they did not have inventory and canceled the main item in my order, but they retained my expedited delivery charge.
No discount for their poor service.
If you buy their PJs, buy through Amazon.

I started getting BedHead pj’s 23 years ago. They used to have really top quality cotton fabric with great prints. You’d see them on TV shows like Will and Grace, King of Queens…but now they are all this lousy jersey fabric that is cheap and too heavy for warmer climates. They have gone completely off course from what made them a famous and favorite brand.

I love the 100% cotton. They do wrinkle but over time they wrinkle less. They are generously sized and can be washed for years and still look great. The knit ones however, different story. I would suggest going up 1-2 sizes. They do shrink when washed and dried and are just not cut nearly as generously. If you hate tight pajamas, like I do, keep this in mind. I am not sure if they allow returns for shrinkage after washing. They may fit when you get them, then won't fit after you wash them and dry them. The knit are not light weight, they are fairly thick and heavy so if you want them for summer i would go with the short sleeve or 3/4 sleeve with capri bottom for summer.

I now have two pairs of your pjs. The newest pair are lily garden sateen. I didn't know that there was a drawstring waist. The description doesn't mention that. I now think the "ribbon" in the title should have been my clue. The drawstring works, but I like the elastic waist that I have on my original pair of blue country blooms. Your pjs are very well made.

I am very disappointed. I did my homework. I checked the website several times for style, fabric content, size and price.
I called the customer help and was told that if I wear a small in the classic 100% cotton then I would wear a med in the Henley. WRONG.

I paid full price and now I am stuck with pj's that are too small. The Henly's are not only cut much smaller, they are also a form fitting style. One needs to go two sizes higher. Who wants tight pj's?

Return them? Too much trouble after all the trouble that I have already gone through.

You stuff is very expensive as well.

You have lost me as a customer.

Absolutely my most favorite pajamas always come from BedHead!

Beautiful pajamas and they wash and iron very well... love the ribbon as added decoration to the cotton fabric which is soft and so wearable.

The PJs were cropped according to the style I bought but they were too long for me (I’m petite). The waist was much tighter than I expected for the size and I prefer a drawstring bottom. For the price, I didn’t think there was anything special about them and sent them back.

BedHead Pjs are life changing. I just bought my 5th pair of the stretchy cotton pjs. I love them. They are soft, comfortable, fit well, and they are the perfect weight. Not too hot but also not too lightweight. And I love all of the different fun prints. I just wish they went on sale a little more often!

I LOVE my pajamas! They are so comfortable and don’t ride up in the back when I curl up. Never buying any others. I just wish the Henley set was available in the Rabbit pattern....maybe next season.

Product was defective - seams were open and not stitched

The. XlL size pj that I purchased was snug. I like my pj’s to be a bit loose
These were not. The pattern is adorable, the fabric soft..just wish your sizing was more accurate.
