Beautiful bed, good quality and fast delivery

Excellent customer service. Kept me up to date with stock availability and notified when order had been dispatched

I cannot say anything about the bed I’ve order cause I still hasn’t got it, on the website it’s says next day, than I got an email5-7 days after that I got another email that in will be in the warehouse in another 2 weeks and if it will someone will contact me for update on delivery!
This is a joke , I’m pretty sure that’s the last time I have ordered from them!

Good experience using the website. Delivery was prompt and the price was competitive. When the product arrived it was well packed and in excellent condition. All the individual parts were also present (no shortages) so no issues there. The only small issue I have is with the instruction leaflet which could be a little clearer regarding the two options available for the ladder placement.

Great bed , looks good and sturdy but putting it together wasnt the easiest and 2 bolts broke in the ladder.

We bought the king size Artemis bed frame. The actual external part of bed frame is beautiful and integrity of the ottoman is great. However, the holes for the slats on the base of the bed do not line up at all and there are lots of holes for slats on the perimeter of the bed but only a few in the middle so the slats are all wonky with no way to make them straight. We tried turning the middle pole the opposite way and upside down but still no joy. Contacted to inform them and ask for support and they told us there isn’t a manufacturing error and gave us £30 goodwill gesture with emphasis to let us know this wasn’t admission of responsibility. But, £30 is £30 and the bed base is not structurally sound, I can feel the memory foam mattress dipping in places. Hoping I’ll be able to add photos on the next page.

Otherwise, delivery was good too, the guys were nice that delivered it and communication with ETAs updated throughout the day and let me know when they were nearby too.

⭐ Extremely disappointing experience

I ordered a bed for my three-year-old son specifically because it was advertised as available for next-day delivery. We had recently moved, so getting his new bed sorted was really important to us.

After placing and paying for the order, I was then told the bed was actually out of stock with a 90+ working-day lead time. I was offered alternative beds, but unfortunately none were remotely similar or suitable for what we needed.

Despite being extremely disappointed that something advertised for next-day delivery suddenly had such a long wait, I agreed to wait because this was the bed we wanted for our son.

After agreeing to wait the 90+ working days, I was then contacted again and told that the bed had actually been discontinued and would not be coming at all.

I therefore had no choice but to request a full refund so that I could purchase a suitable bed elsewhere. However, I am now still waiting for my refund, meaning I can’t use that money towards purchasing my son’s replacement bed from another retailer.

What started as a next-day delivery order has turned into being told to wait months, then being told the product doesn’t exist anymore, and now having to wait to get my own money back.

I completely understand that stock issues can happen, but the way this has been handled from start to finish has been incredibly disappointing. A product shouldn’t be advertised for next-day delivery if it isn’t actually available, and once the company confirmed they couldn’t fulfil the order, I would have expected my refund to be dealt with as a priority.

Unfortunately, based on my experience so far, I couldn’t recommend ordering from this company.

Ordering was very easy, found exactly what I was looking for. When I received my order I was very happy with the item. The quality was very very good, better than I expected for the price. Customer service were very helpful when I contacted them regarding delivery.
I can recommend bedkingdom for quality and service.

Waited longer than expected for the Noomi Iris bed. Neither the instructions or the pieces of wood and screws etc… are numbered or lettered. We had to guess from the picture which was the right piece to use, which meant this did not take two hours to assemble, it was more like five hours. This has also resulted in two pieces of the bed being assembled the wrong way, so we are going to have to spend even more time taking it apart and putting it back together again! Why isn’t everything numbered? This would save a lot of time and stress. Not happy at all.

The order never went through I’ve tried over 30 times so will have to use another company now as it’s clearly not working

The product was great quality and although I had a problem with a couple of the parts, Hannah was quick to respond and sort it out very quickly for me. Will definitely be using them again!
