I am delighted to have the Accent Ottoman Storage bed after two months of waiting. It came with easy-to-follow instructions, and it took me just a little over three hours to assemble. However, after it was fully assembled and decked with a new hybrid mattress, and beddings, it looks elegant. The bed is quite study and of good quality. The Marbella Grey colour, which blends in well with the room was a great choice. The dual purpose of having an elegant bed and a storage where I can keep stuff that are not of regular use hidden away is what attracted me to the bed. And the storage is well design with enough room for beddings, shoes and other household items. I am pleased with my choice.

Quick service. Ordered on Sunday online and had a phone call at 9:08 Monday morning to confirm order and delivery. Delivery within 48 hours, offered choice of day which was perfect. Bed was excellent quality at a good price, went together easily and looks great. I would definitely recommend both the service and the bed. Thank you.

Bed delivery was fine. Mattress and bed pick up was not good. They took the Mattress and left the bed. Rang the office and they said they would get back to me. Waited all day and nothing. Not even a phone call.

Was really easy to change delivery date by email. Very responsive to my enquiries and delivery company kept in contact about when it was being delivered on the day.

After I made the order, I realised that the lead time said 5 months so I immediately emailed the company to cancel my order. The following morning a representative from the company contacted me by phone to say that they too were surprised about the lead time and contacted the supplier who then realised there was a mistake on their system. The bed arrived a week later! Great customer service indeed!

Great service, bed was in stock and delivered quickly. Delivery was also good, I was kept informed and they were quick to unload all the boxes.

The ordering process and the value for money was very good. The delivery information was helpful and it was delivered on time. Wasn't happy with the mattress it had a brown stain on the side of it.

The bed was delivered on time. However one of the boxes was damaged. This meant one of the panels was damaged. Customer service was second to none arranged delivery of a replacement part which arrived promptly

The bed is exactly what I wanted. It is well made and stylish. The only gripe I have is that the fixings are not so great.

Ordered on the basis the item would be delivered early August . I was then told half the product would not be available until September and what would I like to do . I asked if I could have in 2 deliveries but this was not your policy. Seems unfair when you have already taken the full payment amount.
