Beds with Ease provided a local crew bus for a 4.5 hour transfer. It was hell on wheels.

Beds with Ease provided a minibus for a transfer from Luxor to Hurghada, a transfer of 4.5 hours. The minibus was a crew bus for local transfers. There was no leg room. Some of the seats were broken and the space for luggage was not sufficient for the number of passengers so it spilled into the seated area and fell on my wife. It was nearly 5 hours of hell. It ruined our view of a good holiday.

So...I'm back with another tale about…

So...I'm back with another tale about Bed With Ease. These people really need to be shut down. Since I left a scathing review I've had 3 hotels claim my reservation was cancelled last minute! I don't believe in coincidences.

So today I land in Sardinia. I get to the hotel to be told I can't check in until 3pm! I hadn't slept since Sunday night so went to eat to kill time. Get back to the hotel to hear they don't have a reservation for me! 3rd time this has happened. The hotel said they only deal with Booking.com & Expedia.
One of the woman who speaks English said that the description of the hotel is totally incorrect although the photos are correct.

She then said that she thinks I've been scammed. I'm now thinking that this is deliberate from Beds With Ease. She then says there's another hotel across the road that fits the description. We go there & that's where I'm booked. The room is nothing like the one advertised & BWE obviously put the name to the description of the other one to make it sound better for sales.

I'm done playing with them. They're selling under false pretences & I've had enough. Watch me & them when I get back to the UK.

Currently in turkey to check in at…

Currently in turkey to check in at 12.now hotel is no longer available? I'm a single female all my family are in lara for our yearly catch up .they are trying to send me to a hotel 45 mins away !!

.and a partial refund .not good enough that not enough for me to book even if I find somewhere!! I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO ALL SOCIAL MEDIA AND NEWSPAPERS THIS US NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!!!!! MY NIECE WHO IS WITH US IS A INFLUENCER WITH THOUSANDS OF FOLLOWERS THINK SHE MIGHT NEED TO POST THIS ??? I WONDER IF THEY EVEN HAD THE ROOM AVAILABLE TO SELL IN THE FIRST PLACE ???? LETS GO SEE WHAT THE RECEPTION SAYS AT 12 WHEN I WALK OVER??? DID THEY EVEN HAVE THE AVAILABILITY? OR ARE THEY ROBBERS ??? MISS HIGGINSON

Booked with sunny holidays

Booked with sunny holidays. The hotel was decrepit, the floors not vacuumed. Firstly put into a room with 2 double beds for a boy aged 10 and my partners daughter aged 15. The new room had open electrics, no safe, the shower leaked into 2 bedrooms making it slippery and all we got provided with was extra towels. The manager refused to speak to me and language barrier meant they couldn’t understand. All things such as pools/spa/kids club were closed, supposed to have a water park but only 2 slides were in operation. Other pools and tennis courts advertised you had to pay for. The food was inedible without even basics such as toast or chips. Flies covered the food, the dining room was filthy and was a fight to get any cutlery. We asked to be moved, they asked for evidence which we sent numerous times which they apparently “didn’t get” even though my side it says they received it. We asked for assistance for an earlier flight to. Which we had no response. On returning emails were ignored, promises to return phone calls unfulfilled and then an email blaming me for not complaining on site when web did or sending evidence which we did!

The worst experience of our lives!

The worst experience of our lives!
Booked through Galaxy Holidays, beds were tatty with blood stained mattresses, huge holes in sheets, room was disgustingly dirty, cupboard doors hanging off, bare wires protruding from walls, nothing worked and the place (Grand Sol Apartments, Marmaris) was located in an are resembling a war zone, I had to fend off 2 muggers who tried to grab my partner's bag! A few hours after arrival, at first light we left, I paid for a decent hotel elsewhere in Marmaris. Galaxy holidays are apparently chasing beds with ease on a daily basis (or so they say) but getting no response. I have been advised to give them 28 days. Then I intend to take legal action and publish photos all over the Internet.

UPDATE 12th Feb 2024
After several months of arguing and appearing in national newspapers about this issue Galaxy Holidays finally agreed to refund the accommodation cost, and yes I have received the money. They asked me to change this review to a 5 star and change the content, I agreed to update this review, this is the update. anything else would be dishonest. I went to great lengths to finally get them to admit the accommodation was s**t by posting reviews, contacting the papers and threatening legal action.
In fairness the only reason I went after Galaxy holidays was because my contract was with them, the actual suppliers (booked by Galaxy holidays) was a company called "Beds with ease" and the grotty accommodation itself was the "Grand sol villa apartments in Marmaris".

we went to the spanish grand prix in…

we went to the spanish grand prix in may 2022, unfortunately the transfer company did not have us on the transfer coaches list, however we got sorted and enjoyed it, i would like praise Carlos our rep for the 3 days, he was brilliant and a credit to the company, i would like to send a personal thank you but do not know how to contact his company.

Dreadful service - avoid!

Dreadful service. Booked through 'love holidays' who use 'beds with ease' for accommodation bookings.
Arrived at the hotel and there was no reservation so we had to pay an extortionate amount for a very grotty room.
In the morning there was still no reservation despite being told on several occasions that it had been made and was coming through to the hotel.
Wasted a day of our holiday trying to sort this out. They offered alternative accommodation which was a considerably cheaper hotel with very poor reviews online despite EU laws clearly stating that alternative accommodation should be the same or higher standard.
Wasted the first day of our holiday in the Hotel foyer making phone calls to call centres who were completely unhelpful.
Currently trying to get a refund so that we can book our own accommodation and get on with our holiday.

Slippery partners

This company are partners to Broadway Travel.They are the suppliers to the travel industry. So when you are told that you cannot be refunded by your Travel agent in my case Broadway travel because they are awaiting to be refunded by their suppliers .BedswithEase are the suppliers part of the same group.They will not deal with customer and quote data protection and the contract is with BT not them .So they are implicated in the illegal activities of the Broadway Travel Group. I note that Broadway Travel have managed to block my last review of their company. Is Trustpilot truly independent?
