Shocking! I paid nearly £1000 for a Firm pocket spring superking mattress. The one that arrived was a different one to the one on the photo. The underside was made of a cheap grey felt fabric, which means I can’t turn the mattress to prolong it’s life. It bounces, so I don’t even think it’s pocket sprung and it already feels lumpy, after few months. The company is not interested.

Really wish I had read the comments here before purchasing. They sent me a cheaper mattress than the one I had ordered - it had the brand written all over it, so it was easy to spot. I refused to accept the mattress so the delivery driver took it back with him. They are currently refusing a full refund. I have explained what my rights are as a consumer in this country, they have no justification to refuse a full refund, and given what I have read here I am not going to spend weeks trying to resolve it with them, I have given them 24 hours and if they do not refund I will be taking them to small claims court. Unethical, illegal, dishonest company. As an update to this, luckily I bought via paypal and paypal have refunded me the additional £40. I am working with the CAB to put through a complaint to the trading standards. If these people understand the law they are deliberately breaking it - do not allow them to persuade you that you need to pay anything towards an item bought online and cancelled or returned with no damage to the item

Photos on the website & sale price was very appealing. Measurements stated on the website were suitable for the alcove we have. We received our 12h delivery day notification but not the hour time slot. Arrived very early am. Once unpacked & into the area it turns out the top of the headboard is wider than the bottom (not stated on the website) therefore unable to fit in the alcove! They then wanted £70 for collection if we were to return the bed although it’s an advertisement error not an order error. Under no circumstances was I paying a collection fee so we utilised the bed else where. Although looks great quality the finish is rough. The edges don’t match square on & you can see the black lining on the inside from the finish. The middle slats are thin and the material holding them together via staples are cheap & a few ripped off. Would not recommend this to anyone

So disappointed with this company..I understand that delivery men cannot bring goods into houses during these times, so that was fine when the delivery driver dropped it off at my front door. The Lacey Bed I ordered looked beautiful but the wooden legs that arrived with it were (A) damaged and (B) couldn't be fitted as there was no fitting hole to place it into.

I contacted the company via social media as phoning was useless. Second headboard arrived 10 days later, delivery driver kept in touch via phone, as I had to be at work within 20 mins of him arriving, he even brought it into my hallway and it was very heavy! He helped secure the feet to avoid the same problem, lovely polite and helpful. Sadly I have just discovered this headboard is even worse than the first, in fact I think it must be a reject..it has stains on it, holes in the linen fabric, and missing buttons exposing screws, I wish I could post a picture to show you. Also the slats that came with it, are covered in black mould and the wood is still rough in areas with pieces broken off..There are many mixed reviews on here and I would say buy with caution! The products look amazing and if mine hadn't got those faults the actual bed is lovely. But that old adage "you get what you pay for" may explain why these products are so relatively cheap.

I ordered a £800 mattress on Wednesday and it arrived on Bank holiday Monday, 5 days after placing the order.
The driver was very polite and the goods were correct.
I had no interaction with the office and would definitely use again.

Thieves and liars. Promised one thing, didn't deliver ANYTHING, and then they tried to keep my money after THEY broke their terms and conditions. NEVER buy from them.

Absolutely shocking. Very disorganised and unreliable. Ordered 2 beds and 2 mattresses from them on separate occasions and both times bits were either missing or incorrect. Then trying to get hold of someone at customer services took forever and a day. And still at this moment in time I am still waiting for the right parts to arrive nearly a month after receiving the bed. Really poor service and would not recommend this company to anyone.

The delivery driver, Idris was excellent. He rang before delivery and was very helpful.

I have ordered a mattress and a bed.
Problems with delivery to start with - took 3 weeks at least. Mattress worth 850 pounds was not as described and developed 1 inch sag in 2 weeks of use. I have decided to return it and requested refund. It was picked up form me but I could not get a refund back for weeks despite emails saying it has been processed. I have then raised issue with PayPal and they made claims to PayPal saying the item was never returned to them. Eventually I have filed small court claim against them and got my money back in 2-3 weeks.
Then 2 month or so after purchase bed broke , literally fell apart. I have arranged for a replacement for a different model which took many weeks to happen. Once I got the new one it was unusable - the slats were of such a poor quality that were falling out under the weight of mattress only ! I could not be bothered with dealing with them anymore so just ordered quality ones and replaced them myself.
This company will sell you substandard and perhaps not genuine products, they have horrible and rude customer service , they lie and misinform customers.

I am not sure this company is legit.
Since I placed my order I can't contact the company in any way, tried phone, Facebook, email. I am desperate as I needed a change in the order and can't reach them.

I received faulty product and The company said I’ll get my refund but it’s been a month of waiting!!!

The most ridiculous service - no correspondence to my many emails, wrong bed was delivered, along with a mattress that wasn’t ordered at all, and then they also wanted cash upon delivery

The delivery driver pretended to turn up and delivered the bed two days late.

The bed wheels werent delivered and were sent in the post a week later.

The matress is poor quality

The headboard was provided with no screw or holes to attach them

Truly awful and poor quaily bed.

I bought mattress which is rock hard but got big dip inside after two weeks.i can't sleep and started back pain.i reported them and they strictly said noo we will not replace .we don't have no option but just sleep on this matress.dont buy anything from hear.really horrible .

Absolutely shocking service when the mattress I ordered was delivered. My father, who is retired and recovering from Sepsis was helping me out by receiving the delivery. The delivery man (He said his name was Mahmood) left the mattress outside the flat entrance in the rain for a pensioner to take up two flights of stairs - absolutely disgusting service. I will spare you the detail about his attitude and his responses to my father, suffice to say the bed and chest of drawers I had my eye on will not now be purchased from there.

If there was a minus score this company would have it ! Terrible service all round , first the delivery man from hell! Lord only knows what would happen if they were delivering to someone elderly or disabled!!
Then when we bought the mattress it had an extend warranty, hmm but 3 years later and that’s disappeared. The mattress hasn’t been slept on for very long maybe 2 years in total and the stitching around the binding and the edge of the mattress are coming away . Totally and utterly the biggest heap of rubbish ever made . Be confident in one thing , we will never ever purchase another bed or mattress from Bedworld again!!

The delivery driver refused at all cost to bring my delivery to my flat door and instead left it at the communal door. A single lady having to find a neighbour to bring my delivery up defeats the purpose of the delivery. You need to look into the drivers and there attitude because this driver cursed me out when I asked for it to be delivered to my door. He then scrunched up my deliver paper note n threw it on the floor. Very poor delivery service!!! Never had such a bad service!!

There should be minus button for these people. I ordered a mattress from them in January, which was delivered. However, it was rock hard and as such there was no way I could sleep on it! Super uncomfortable. The sort you can feel every spring! So I asked them to take it back. They said they would for an £79 charge. I was not happy, but agreed. Just wanted it out of my house! Since then, they have arranged one collection date, around late Feb which they didn't turn up for. Since then, nothing! I gave up chasing in March and they have not been in touch. They have the money, that is literally all they care about. I still have the mattress clogging up my house! I have started a chargeback process with my credit card which thankfully, I paid with! AVOID at all costs!! Dreadful company. I do not expect they will give a stuff that I have added my voice to the ever growing tide of complaints about this company, so for goodness sake. Do not deal with them. Save yourselves the aggravation.

Very poor customer service, bed arrived i noticed a stud missing, driver offered to take it back but due to waiting so long i agreed to take the bed. contacted customer service via email with little response, once i asked for a refund they agreed to send out a replacement stud, never arrived have emailed several times no response, i have now repaired the headboard myself. i would not recommend this company i am in talks with trading standers who are interested in this company.
