Fabulous communication and assistance from Jessie. The riser recliner was just perfect for my mum and much more modern than some of the others we had seen. Great quality and great value.
I ordered bar stools that arrived quickly, loved them, great quality. One of them wasn’t right, I contacted DHF and Jessie was amazing, I sent a video in to be assessed. Things go wrong from time to time but how Jessie dealt with it was fantastic. A new set was sent out straight away which arrived again quickly and was perfect. We now have an extra bar stool and are so happy with them. I would highly recommend DHF for their quality, price and customer service. We will definitely be ordering our next lot of furniture from them. 5 star service
I made an error in my on line order, which I realised the following day. I e-mailed Direct Home Furniture who promptly replied sympathetically and efficiently, and through a simple and very user friendly process happily amended my order within a day. The tone of their correspondence was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout.

Only part of order delivered a week ago. Company have responded but just keep telling me to wait. How difficult can it be to liaise with the courier company and resolve who is at fault and provide a date or even send out a replacement.
After a few e mails the matter has now been resolved. Whilst the issue may be with the courier and not the company it could have been dealt with a bit more promptly.
Great service I bought an oil filled radiator which after a while went off I send an email to DHF and had a lovely response from Naomi Richardson, this lady is so kind and nothing was a problem she sorted a refund out for me, I cannot thank her and DHF enough for there fantastic service.

I ordered a rollator unfortunately they had the wrong address I've tried to chase it up and get a refund despite sending numerous emails ive had no acknowledgements communication isn't there strong point..

I ordered a chair .it was delivered without any notification ,it was the wrong chair ,failing to meet the specifications in the advert,i am in discusion with customer services but as of yet no resolution ,just keep asking for photo evidence ,this has been sent twice , watch this space i suppose ,mistakes do happen but how they are dealt with is what matters, i will update accordingly .

Brenton you did not offer to replace the chair with one correctly manufactured to the size advertised , is this because they do not exist ,and you do sell both the size i got and the larger one you have advertised for two different prices,i can only conclude that either the description is wrong or you are falsely advertising the size and then claiming manufacturing error if there is a complaint ,i do require a refund and would appreciate if this could be done as soon as possible along with collection of the chair you sent ,please stop offering me money off instead as i have stated i want to return for a full refund ,you started at a £30 offer increased to a £40 offer and now £60 , i am extremely disappointed that you took payment for something you cannot supply and feel that had you had chairs meeting the description advertised you would of offered a replacement

After much discusion we have agreed a discount on the chair and my husband will use it as its not suitable for me ,
The company do stress they put the dimensions given by the manufacturer in good faith and have tried there best to resolve this issue for me they were willing to collect and refund as well as offer a discount ,so rest assured if you do have issues this company will do their utmost to resolve them.
