Charged £450 to turn off stopcock

Charged £450 to turn off stopcock. Young couple phoned at 1am in an emergency and Bee Happy Property Solutions offered to come out.
They came out early hours and isolated the leaking tank.
Typical out of hours call out £200, so this price was taking advantage of young couple.
We spoke to them and they refused to give refund on the basis that they had priced the job on the basis that .."they would prefer to be home drinking Baileys with the wife". I don't believe that the are a reputable company based upon the way they treat customers.
